     -Reservations

Advance reservations are recommended to ensure availability. We recommend placing your reservation at least two weeks prior to the date of your event.

-Rental Rates

Rental rates are for a 3-day rental period. (tents, tables, chair rentals only) Weekend rentals are generally Friday through Monday. We also have longer rental periods if needed. The rental charge applies whether equipment is used or not.

-Delivery and Pick Up Service

Delivery is free on orders over $150.00 within 20 miles on us in Akron, Ohio. For areas outside of this area call us for a price quote.
Items are delivered a reasonable distance from truck. Stairs and Elevators are an additional charge. Items are left stacked and should be restacked in same location prior to pick up. If you would like the rental items to be set up and broken down you may request this service when you place your order and we will provide you a quote for this service. We cannot add this service to your contract at the time of delivery unless you contact our office and we prearrange it.

-Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes require a minimum of 10 days notice to avoid service fees. Cancellations require a minimum of10 days notice.

Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately regarding any discrepancies.

-Cleaning Procedures

Equipment used with food should be cleaned before we arrive for pick-up. The customer will be charged a cleaning fee for items returned without having been cleaned.

-Lost or Damaged Items

Customers are responsible for equipment from the time of receipt until the time of return. It is the customer's responsibility to secure equipment when not in use and to protect equipment from the weather at all times. The customer will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items, including boxes and crates.

-Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in Akron, Ohio and serve the Akron, Cleveland, Canton and all of Ohio.

-Do I need to make an appointment to visit?

We recommend making an appointment to ensure that we dedicate a block of time to assisting you with your event needs.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks prior to your event date to ensure equipment availability.

-What are your hours of delivery?

We deliver all hours. We will call you the week of your event to give you a delivery window. (typically a 4 hour window).

-Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

The minimum for delivery is $150.00. Orders over $150.00 are free within 20 miles of us in Akron, Ohio during normal business hours. Call us for delivery charges on orders outside of this area.

-Can I pick up my order?

Certain Items can be picked up on Monday - Fridays. If your event is on the weekend you can pick the items up on Friday and return them on Monday for the standard rental rate. Call us about the items for your event.

-Is the rental equipment set up when delivered?

Standard Delivery is a reasonable distance from our delivery truck, and the rentals will be left stacked in a protected location. Equipment set up and breakdown is available by prearrangement only. Our sales representatives can provide you a quote for this service when you place your order.

-What do I do if something is missing or breaks?

We recommend that customers count all rental items when they receive the items to ensure that they received everything stated on the contract. Any discrepancies should be reported to our office immediately and we will try and correct the problem or adjust your contract prior to your event. Please do not wait until after the event to report any discrepancies. We will count the items when all items are returned to our warehouse and a separate invoice will be billed for any missing or broken items. Missing and broken items are billed at a replacement cost and are taxable. The missing and/or broken items will be billed to your credit card immediately and if any items are found we will credit you when they are returned.
